He was born in Manchester, Kan., and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1942.
He was a retired lineman for the public utility district.

Donald “Donnie” Tolman, 71, of Prosser, died Nov. 2 in Prosser.
He was born in Junction City, Ore., and was a longtime Lower Yakima Valley resident.
He was a retired shipping supervisor.

Norma J. Stark
Norma Jean Stark, 97, of Richland, died Nov. 1 in Richland.
She was born in Detroit, Mich., and lived in Richland for 50 years.
She was a homemaker.

Robert Harold Booth, 51, of Pasco, died Nov. 1 in Pasco.
He was born in Pasco and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident.
He was a Pasco teacher and coach.

Debbie J. Tyra
Debbie Jean Tyra, 67, of West Richland, died Oct. 28 in West Richland.
She was born in Great Falls, Mont., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 25 years.
She was a retired certified nursing assistant in the healthcare industry.

Jeffrey Lunden, 70, Benton City, died Oct. 31 in Benton City.
He was born in San Diego, Calif., and lived in the Tri-Cities area for 40 years.
He was a retired from agricultural research for Washington State University.

Hoa N. Le, 75, of Kennewick, died Oct. 31 in Kennewick.
She was born in Gia Dinh, Vietnam, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 48 years.
She was a retired factory worker.

Wellman W. Biglin
Wellman Wesley Biglin, 97, died Oct. 27.
He lived in the Tri Cities area for over 57 years and was an environmental restoration manager at the Hanford site.
