She was born in Oakland, Calif., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 47 years.
She was a self-employed Mary Kay consultant.

Jay F. Frichette, 81, of Pasco, died Oct. 17 at Chaplaincy Hospice Care in Kennewick.
He was born in Yakima and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1960.
He was an instructor at Columbia Basin College and an administrator of the CBC Vocational School.

She was born in Cabool, Mo., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 72 years.
