Betty J. Fox, 84, of Kennewick, died Sept. 6 in Kennewick.

She was born in Bismarck, N.D., and lived in Kennewick for about five years.

She was a retired cook in the health care industry.

Scott A. Borski Buel

Scott Anthony Borski Buel, 35, of Seattle, died Aug. 31 at SeaTac, Wash.

He was born in Seattle and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident.

He was a property manager.

Gilbert Ayala Campos

Gilbert Ayala Campos, 75, of Pasco, died Sept. 4, in Pasco.

He was born in Lubbock, Texas, and lived in the Tri-Cities area for 45 years.

He was retired from the city of Richland Parks and Recreation Department.

Ella E. Nolt

Ella Elizabeth Nolt, 88, died Sept. 2.

She lived in Kennewick for three years.
