Mary Evangeline Valdez, 95, of Grandview, died Aug. 14 in Prosser.
She was born in Douglas, Wyo., and was a longtime Yakima Valley and Tri-Cities resident.
She was a retired retail store greeter.

Paula Sue Franklin, 77, of Kennewick, died Aug. 13 at Chaplaincy Hospice Care in Kennewick.
She was born in Plainville, Kan., and lived in the Tri-Cities most of her life.
She was a retired hairdresser.

Scott L. Mauseth
Scott Lee Mauseth, 54, of Pasco, died Aug. 11 in Pasco.
He was born in Pasco and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident.
He was a project manager for Valmont Industries.

Carolyn Jean Furniss, 79, of Pasco, died Aug. 14 in Richland.
She was born in Twin Falls, Idaho, and was a Tri-Cities resident for 57 years.
She was a retired retail salesperson at JCPenney.

William Leon Williams, 83, of Zillah, died Aug. 14 in Zillah.
He was born in Montrose, Colo., and lived in Zillah for 45 years.
He was a retired manager and machine operator.
