Cecil ‘Pete’ C. Waits
Cecil “Pete” Clenard Waits, 82, of Benton City, died July 15 in Kennewick.
He was born in Kirby, Wyo., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 25 years.
He was a retired operator superintendent for Peter Kiewit & Sons and Apollo Inc.
Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
Rose M. Urbina
Rose Marie Urbina, 64, of Pasco, died July 18 in Pasco.
She was born in Toppenish and lived in the Tri-Cities for 46 years.
She was a retired secretary for Battelle Northwest.

William ‘Bill’ A. Thompson
William “Bill” Audley Thompson, 69, of Kennewick, died July 19 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.
He was born in Axtell, Kan., and lived in Kennewick for 18 years.
He was a retired farmer and boom loader.

James Hall Mortimer, 77, of West Richland, died July 17 in Richland.
He was born in Henderson, Texas, and lived in the Tri-City area since 1977.
He was a retired construction manager.

Larry Olsen
Larry Olsen, 78, of Richland, died July 13 in Richland.
He was born in Bainbridge, Mass., and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1974.
He was a retired building supervisor for the Richland School District.
