Donald “Don” F. Waggoner, 91, of Yuma, Ariz., died March 21 in Yuma.
He was born in Fort Yates, N.D., and was a longtime resident of the Lower Yakima Valley.
He was a retired self-employed diesel mechanic.

Noah James Weber, 24, of Kennewick, died March 19 in Kennewick.
He was born in Richland and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident.
He worked for CAI construction.

Viola J. Thompson
Viola Juanita Thompson, 82, of Richland, died March 21 at Regency Canyon Lakes Rehabilitation Center in Kennewick.
She was born in Broken Bow, Okla., and lived in the Tri-Cities for seven years.
She was a homemaker.

Kenneth Jerome Joseph Skelton, 57, of Kennewick, died March 20 in Kennewick.
He was born in Walla Walla and lived in the Tri-Cities area for 50 years.
He was a maintenance engineer.
