Patrick Lynn Culwell, 73, of Kennewick, died March 14 in Kennewick.

He was born in Pendleton, Ore., and lived in the Tri-Cities area for 60 years.

He was a retired educator and coach for the Kennewick School District.

Lisa Marie Mortensen, 47, of Pasco, died March 14 in Pasco.

She was born in Tarzana, Calif., and lived in the Tri-Cities for three years.

She was a dental office assistant and a volunteer.

Carl E. Gardner

Carl Edward Gardner, 47, of Kennewick, died March 14 in Kennewick.

He was born in Hawaiian Gardens, Calif., and has lived in the Tri-Cities for 34 years.

He was a carpenter.

Catherine D. Nestor

Catherine D. Nestor, 60, of Kennewick, died March 14 in Kennewick.

She was born in Kennewick and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident.

She was the city clerk for the city of Pasco for 20 years before she retired.

Miguel Villanueva-Martinez

Miguel Villanueva-Martinez, 61, of Pasco, died Jan. 6 at home.

He was born in Guanajuato, Mexico, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 37 years.

He was a retired meat processor for Tyson Foods.

Dean W. Marr

Dean W. Marr, 83, of Wallula, died March 15 at Trios Southridge Hospital in Kennewick.

He was born in Camas, Wash., and lived many years in Wallula.

He was a retired press operator for Boise Cascade.

Douglas B. Myhre

Douglas Benjamin Myhre, 73, of Richland, died March 15 in Richland.

He was born in Yakima and lived in the Tri-Cities for many years.

He was a retired administrative law judge for the Washington Department of Licensing.

Shirley K. Christensen

Shirley Kathryn Christensen, 93, of Huntington, Ore., died March 3 in Huntington.

She was born in Salt Lake City and lived in Harrington, Ariz., for 3 1/2 years after living in the Tri-Cities area.

She was a homemaker.

Dolores Barbara Recker, 94, of Richland, died March 15 at home.

She was born in Chicago, Ill., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 15 years.

Narsisa Candanoza, 48, of Pasco, died March 11 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

She was born in Pasco and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident.

Stephen Mathew Franckowiak, 73, of Richland, died March 14 in Richland.
