She was born in San Jose, Calif., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 16 years.
She was a retired para-educator for the Kennewick School District.

Kaye Francis Oldford, 77, of Kennewick, died Feb. 19 in Richland.
She was born in Rice Lake, Wis., and lived in Kennewick for 10 years.
She was a retired preschool teacher.
