Raul Roy Martinez, 64, of Pasco, died Feb. 11 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.
He was born in Walla Walla and lived in the Tri-Cities for 40 years.
He was a retired painter.

Darrel E. Rodeman
Darrel Ellis Rodeman, 82, of Kennewick, died Feb. 15 in Kennewick.
He was born in Denver, Colo., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 42 years.
He was a retired construction laborer.

Richard ‘Ric’ Welker
Richard “Ric” Welker, 66, of Prosser, died Feb. 10 in Colfax, Wash.
He was born in Los Angeles and lived in Prosser for 40 years.
He owned and operated W&R Trucking until illness forced his retirement.

Allan M. Coffman
Allan Marshall Coffman, 78, of Richland, died Feb. 9 in Kennewick.
He was born in Kearny, N.J., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 75 years.
He was a retired electrician at the Hanford site.

Daniel Carrasco
Daniel Carrasco, 55, of Kennewick, died Feb. 14 in Kennewick.
He was born in Lovington, N.M., and was a longtime Tri-Cities resident.
He was a Teamster.

Mary Louise Rokkan, 96, of Vancouver, Wash., died Feb. 13 in Vancouver.
She was born in Pasco and lived in the Tri-Cities for over 94 years.
She was a retired elementary school cafeteria worker for the Kennewick School District.
