He was born in Washington, D.C., and lived in Burbank since 1981.
He was a retired bus driver for Ben Franklin Transit.

Lance Michael Dacus, 59, of Richland, died Jan. 23 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.
He was born in Denver, Colo., and lived in the Tri-Cities for the past six years.
He was an electrician.
