Sandra L. Mumper

Sandra Lee Mumper, 68, of Pasco, died Oct. 29 in Kennewick.

She was born in Anchorage, Alaska, and lived in the Tri-Cities for over 60 years.

She was a retired bartender.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.

Janette L. Pettey

Janette Lynn Pettey, 59, of Zillah, died Oct. 29 in Yakima.

She was born in Ontario, Ore., and was a longtime resident of the Lower Yakima Valley.

She was a teacher.

Smith Funeral Home Sunnyside is in charge of arrangements.

Robert A. Fowler

Robert Andrew Fowler, 81, of Kennewick, died Oct. 29 at Chaplaincy Hospice Care in Kennewick.

He was born in Milwaukee, Wisc., and had lived in the Tri-Cities since 1990.

He was a retired builder and real estate developer.

Life Tributes Cremation Center in Kennewick is in charge of arrangements.
