Franklin Bruce Oliver, 79, of Benton City, died Oct. 23 at home.
He was born in Roseburg, Ore., and lived in the Tri-Cities area for 55 years.
He was a retired computer scientist.

Carol A. Powell Olson
Carol Ann Powell Olson, 82, of Park City, Utah, died Oct. 15 in Salt Lake City.
She was born in Los Angeles, Calif., grew up in the Tri-Cities area and lived in Park City for 38 years.
She was a homemaker.

Nolita M. Smith
Nolita May Smith, 83, of Kennewick, died Oct. 25 in Kennewick.
She was born in Ava, Mo., and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1953.
She was a longtime notary public at the Pasco School District.
