Andrew “Andy” Theodore Neland, 35, of Richland, died Oct. 17 in Richland.

He was born in Richland and lived in the Tri-Cities for the past 22 years.

William D. Malone

William Douglas Malone, 73, of Kennewick, died Oct. 19 at Chaplaincy Hospice Care in Kennewick.

He was born in Butte, Mont., and was a Tri-Cities resident for many years.

He was a retired chemical operator for Agrium Agriculture Co.

Ruth A.S. Fones

Ruth Anna Sylvia Fones, 94, of Kennewick, died Oct. 18 in Kennewick.

She was born in Longview, Wash., and lived in the Tri-Cities for over 60 years.

She was a retired plant manager for Tidewater Barge Lines.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.

Terry L. Cuevas

Terry Lynn Cuevas, 58, of Prosser, died Oct. 16 at Chaplaincy Hospice Care in Kennewick.

She was born in Walla Walla and lived in the Tri-Cities for a year.

She was a manager in the food and beverage industry.

Raymond L. Meyer

Raymond Leroy Meyer, 87, of Kennewick, died Oct. 18 in Kennewick.

He was born in Sacramento and lived in the Tri-Cities for 54 years.

He was a retired cement mason.

Judy E. Denney

Judy Elizabeth Denney, 75, of Benton City, died Oct. 19 at Chaplaincy Hospice Care in Kennewick.

She was born in Bismarck, N.D., and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1993.

She was a retired construction worker.

George McDonald, 79, of Richland, died Oct. 13 in Richland.

He was born in Los Angeles, Calif., and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1974.

He was a retired scientist at the Hanford site.

Lida M. Keck

Lida Mae Keck, 90, of West Richland, died Oct. 2 at home.

She lived in West Richland for 68 years.

The Neptune Society of Spokane is in charge of arrangements.
