Deborah Lanee Rosser, 59, of Kennewick, died Sept. 20 in Kennewick.
She was born in San Jose, Calif., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 35 years.
She was a retired server.

He was born in Sunnyside and was a longtime Lower Yakima Valley resident.
He was a manager.

Robert “Bob” Allan Swan, 87, of Kennewick, died Sept. 19 in Richland.
He was born in Boston, Mass., and lived in the Tri-Cities area for 21 years.
He was a retired concrete pump engineer for Putzmeister.

Donald K. McCoy Sr., 84, of Prosser, died Sept. 16 in Prosser.
He was born in Bore Court, Kan., and was a longtime Yakima Valley resident.
He was a retired truck driver.

Milton Lee Neisinger Jr., 58, of Pasco, died Sept. 20 in Kennewick.
He was born in Everett, Wash., and lived in the Tri-Cities for three years.
He was a maintenance worker for the city of Kennewick.
