Norman L. Hancock, 82, of Richland, died Aug. 31 in Kennewick.
He was born in Chariton, Iowa, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 44 years.
He was retired from Energy Northwest.

John Ripley, 86, of Prosser, died Sept. 5 in Kennewick.
He was born in Germany and was a longtime Yakima Valley resident.
He was a retired machinist and farmer.

Anne E. Desmarais, 77, of Yakima, died Sept. 4 in Union Gap.
She was born in Tacoma and was a longtime Lower Yakima Valley resident.
She was a retired licensed practical nurse.

Erma Pauline Pelletier, 91, of Pasco, died Aug. 29 at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
She was born in Kalispell, Mont., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 62 years.
She was a homemaker.
