Charles “Ed” Edmund Ward, 81, of Moses Lake, died March 26 at Samaritan Healthcare in Moses Lake.
He was born in Paintsville, Ken., and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1962.
He was a retired business owner.

Carol Morin, 64, of Richland, died March 28 in Richland.
She was born in Richland and was a lifelong Tri-Citian.
She was retired from sales.

Roswitha ‘Rose’ Rothwell
Roswitha “Rose” Rothwell, 69, of Kennewick, died March 30 at home in Kennewick.
She was born of in Manheim, Germany, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 44 years.
She was the retired office manager for Dr. Randall Fong.

Arvil ‘Toby’ C. Clemetson
Arvil “Toby” Clayton Clemetson, 98, of Sunnyside, died April 1 in Sunnyside.
He was born in Hawley, Minn., and was a longtime Sunnyside resident.
He was a retired inspector and engineer at a nuclear plant.

William ‘Bill’ H. Parker
William “Bill” Hamilton Parker, 81, of Richland, died March 26 at Chaplaincy Hospice House in Kennewick.
He was born in Bay City, Mich., and lived in the Tri-Cities since 2005.
He was a retired communications manager with Boeing in Seattle.
