Dolores Victoria Candanedo, 74, of Sunnyside, died March 24 in Toppenish.

She was born in Sunnyside and was a longtime Sunnyside resident.

She was a retired teacher.

Joel ‘Joey’ F. Webb

Joel “Joey” Francis Webb, 52, of Richland, died March 21 in Richland.

He was born in Pasco and lived in Richland for 42 years.

He was a nuclear analyst.

James E. Dixon

James Ellis Dixon, 94, of Kennewick, died March 23 in Kennewick.

He was born in Cypress, Tenn., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 55 years.

He was a retired service station operator.

Ernest ‘Joe’ Bundy

Ernest “Joe” Bundy, 64, of Richland, died March 19 at Chaplaincy Hospice House.

He was born in Raton, N.M., and lived in the Tri-Cities for nine years.

He was a retired dry wall installer.

Carol Lynn Poe, 72, of Kennewick, died March 22 in Kennewick.

She was born in Spokane and was a retired server.

Philip Blanchard Foote, 87, of Richland, died March 21 in Richland.

He was born in San Francisco, Calif., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 32 years.

He was a district manager in the insurance industry.

Timothy D. Gosney

Timothy Dale Gosney, 68, of West Richland, died March 17 in West Richland.

He was born in Richland and lived in the West Richland area for 48 years.

He was a process operator.
