He was born in Asotin and lived in Richland for 72 years.
He was the retired fire marshal for the city of Richland.

Nancy M. Dodd
Nancy Margaret Dodd, 83, of Kennewick, died March 10 in Kennewick.
She was born in Genesee, Idaho, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 33 years.
She was a homemaker.

Allen E. Gustavson Sr.
Allen Eugene Gustavson Sr., 88, of Sunnyside, died March 13 in Seattle.
He was born in Colorado Springs, Colo., and was a longtime Yakima Valley resident.
He was a the retired supervisor at the city of Grandview water treatment plant.
Smith Funeral Home, Sunnyside, is in charge of arrangements.
Manuel R. Martinez
Manuel Reymundo Martinez, 78, of Kennewick, died March 14 in Kennewick.
He was born in Pecos, N.M., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 56 years.
He was a retired printer at Hanford.
