Jerry D. Menter, 74, of Kennewick, died Feb. 1 in Kennewick.

He was born in Pasco and was a longtime Tri-Citian.

He was a retired electronics technician.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.

Linwood R. Riggs

Linwood Roger Riggs, 74, of Kennewick, died Jan. 31 in Richland.

He was born in Cove City, N.C., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 15 years.

He was a retired handyman.

John L. Govig

John Lee Govig, 89, of Kennewick, died Feb. 2 at home.

He was born in Rochelle, Ill., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 10 years.

He was a retired staff sergeant E-5 in the U.S. Army.

Hillcrest Funerals and Cremation, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
