Jocelyn Kay Berriochoa, 72, of Pasco, died Dec. 31 in Richland.
She was born in Sioux Falls, S.D., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 48 years.
She taught art at Park Middle School in Kennewick for 30 years and was the past president of the Kennewick Education Association.
Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
Lori C. Brown
Lori C. Brown, 51, of Pasco, died Jan. 1 in Kennewick.
She was born in Richland and was a lifelong Tri-Citian.
She was an office administrator.

Ruby Asher
Ruby Asher, 100, of Prosser, died Jan. 2 in Prosser.
She was born in Sunnyside and was a lifelong Yakima Valley resident.
She was a retired accounting office clerk.

Jose F. Garza
Jose F. Garza, 88, of Sunnyside, died Dec. 31 in Sunnyside.
He was born in Las Fresno, Texas, and was a longtime Sunnyside resident.
He was a retired foreman in the agriculture industry.
