He was born in Jackson, Wyo., and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident.
He was a mechanic for the Kensington Gold Mine in Alaska.

William Ralph Platts, 77, of West Richland, died Nov. 17 in West Richland.
He was born in Bonners Ferry, Idaho, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 47 years.
He was a retired court commissioner for Benton County District Court.

Marie Joseph, 87, of Kennewick, died Nov. 22 in Kennewick.
She was born in Garland, Texas, and lived in the Tri-Cities for seven years.
She was a minister’s wife and homemaker.

Ronnie Coyne, 75, of Omak, died Nov. 25 in Kennewick.
He was born in Vinita, Okla., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 25 years.
He worked in computer-assisted design (CAD) engineering.

Carol Eugene Hartley, 85, of Kennewick, died Nov. 26 in Kennewick.
He was born in Tulare, Calif., and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1992.
He was a retired salesperson for Sears.

Dora N. Almeida, 81, of Sunnyside, died Nov. 28 in Sunnyside.
She was born in Houston, Texas, and was a longtime Sunnyside resident.
She was a retired cook and childcare worker.

Joetta Havenor
Joetta Havenor, 88, of Kennewick, died Nov. 24 at Trios Southridge Hospital in Kennewick.
She was born in Durant, Okla., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 10 months.
She was a retired high school teacher.
