Russell Dale “Rusty” Teagle, 64, of Kennewick, died Nov. 18 in Kennewick.
He was born West Covina, Calif., and lived in the Tri-Cities 51 years.
He was a retired chemical operator at Tessenderlo Kerley in Finley.

Yvette Hess, 84, of Richland, died Nov. 16 in Richland.
She was born in Oregon and lived in Richland for 40 years.
She was a homemaker.

Josefa Gutierrez, 73, of Pasco, died Nov. 20 in Kennewick.
She was born Anahuac, Mexico, and lived in the Tri-Cities 49 years.

Barbara Jean Johnson, 75, of Benton City, died Nov. 21 at Lourdes Medical Center in Pasco.
She was born in Richland and lived most of her life in the Tri-Cities.
She was a retired executive assistant at the Hanford site.
