She was born in Helena, Mont., and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1969.
She was a retired librarian.

Jamie Lanier Stephens, 60, of Kennewick, died Oct. 26 at home.
She was born in Richland and was a lifelong Tri-Citian.
She was a retired graphic designer for Sandy’s Trophies.

Jose J. Perez Garcia
Jose Jesus Perez Garcia, 70, of Kennewick, died Nov. 1 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.
He was born in Aguililla, Mexico, and lived in the Tri-Cities for four years.
He was a maintenance worker in landscaping for a golf course.

Francis D. Brown
Francis Dale Brown, 82, of Kennewick, died Oct. 16 at home.
He was born in Talent, Ore., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 18 years.
The Army veteran was a retired journeyman with the Carpenters Union Local #152
