He was born in Springfield, Mo., and was a longtime Lower Yakima Valley resident.

He was a retired orchardist.

Nancy C. Gover

Nancy Carol Gover, 78, of Sunnyside, died Oct. 15 in Sunnyside.

She was born Baker City, Ore., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 11 years.

She was a retired educator.

Cornell R. Soggie Jr.

Cornell R. Soggie Jr., 92, of Kennewick, died Oct. 16 at Trios Southridge Hospital in Kennewick.

He was born in Ironton, Minn., and lived in Finley for 42 years.

He was a retired construction superintendent.

Mary Marjorie Hill, 67, of Pasco, died Oct. 15 in Richland.

She was born in Tacoma, Wash., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 62 years.

She was a retired homemaker.

JoAnn Dresser Nai-che, 79, of Kennewick, died Oct. 17 in Kennewick.

She was born in Pryor, Okla,, and had lived in the Tri-Cities area for 78 years.

She was the retired owner of Nai-che & Associates.

Norman Leroy Welch, 84, of Burbank, died Oct. 17 in Burbank.

He was born in Pasco and lived in Burbank for more than 30 years.

He was a retired farmer.
