He was born in Everett and lived in the Tri-Cities for 20 years.

He was the retired executive director of the Benton Franklin Head Start.

Antonio Espinoza, 55, of Pasco, died Sept. 26 in Portland.

He was born in Barreras, Jalisco, Mexico, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 18 years.

He was the dealership manager for Broadmoor RV SuperStore in Pasco.

Nina Beryl Randle, 93, of Pasco, died Sept. 21 in Pasco.

She was born in North Bend, Ore., and lived in the Tri-Cities for five years.

She was a retired supervisor for Excursion Fish Cannery in Alaska.
