He was born in Seattle, and was a longtime Yakima Valley resident.

He was a retired meat processing plant buyer.

Amy Marie Moreno, 36, of Sunnyside, died Sept. 14 in Seattle.

She was born in Toppenish and was a lifelong Yakima Valley resident.

She was a homemaker.

Kenyatta ‘Yatta’ Turner

Kenyatta “Yatta” Turner, 36, of Pasco, died Sept. 13 in Kennewick.

He was born in Kennewick and was lifelong Tri-Citian.

Hipolito ‘Paul’ Mendez Jr.

Hipolito “Paul” Mendez Jr., 77, of Sunnyside, died Sept. 16 in Sunnyside.

He was born in Eagle Pass, Texas, and was a longtime Sunnyside resident.

He was a retired business owner and entrepreneur.

Delma Schuller

Delman Schuller, 84, of Pasco, died Sept. 15 at home.

She was born in Mountain View, Okla., and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1974.

She was a homemaker.

Mary L. MacCheyne

Mary Lu MacCheyne, 90, of Richland, died Sept. 16 in Kennewick.

She was born in Moscow, Idaho, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 65 years.

She was a retired auditor for the city of Cathlamet.

Edna R. Purvis

Edna R. Purvis, 96, of Kennewick, died Sept. 14 in Kennewick.

She was born in Oilton, Okla., and was a Tri-Cities resident for 71 years.

She was retired as a baptist church secretary.

Ronald D. Striver

Ronald D. Striver, 60, of Kennewick, died Sept. 11 in Kennewick.

He was born in Portland, Ore., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 40 years.

He was a carpenter.
