He was born in Portland and lived 57 years in Prosser.

He was the retired principal at Prosser Heights Elementary School.

Prosser Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Steve S. Bailie, 68, of Kennewick, died July 17 in Richland.

He was born in Pasco and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident.

He was a retired firefighter with the Kennewick Fire Department

Kirk W. Wheeler

Kirk William Wheeler, 60, of Mabton, died July 18 in Prosser.

He was born in kennewick and was a lifelong Tri-Cities area resident.

He was a heavy equipment operator.

Hillcrest Funerals and Cremation, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.

Nicholas F. Wagoner

Nicholas Floyd Wagoner, 61, of Kennewick, died July 16 in Richland.

He was born in Pasco and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident,.

He was a retired cable access manager with Spectrum

Shannon R. Pugh

Shannon R. Pugh, 83, of Sunnyside, died July 19 in Walla Walla.

She was born in Grandview and was a longtime Lower Valley resident.

Smith Funeral Home, Sunnyside, is in charge of arrangements.
