He was born in Paris, Ill., and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1944.
He retired from information technology at Battelle.

Steven Marcotte, 64, of Pasco, died July 3 in Richland.
He was born in Superior, Neb., and lived in the Tri-Cities 10 years.
He was a retired machinist and crane operator.

Carolyn F. Schuster
Carolyn F. Schuster, 78, of Kenenwick, died July 5 in Kennewick.
She was born in Cheyenne, Wyo., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 70 years.
She was a retired administrative assistant at Hanford.

Mamye N. Mosley
Mamye Nell Mosley, 89, of Kennewick, died July 3 in Kennewick.
She was born in Antioch, Ariz., and liked in Bakersville, Calif., before moving to Kennewick 16 years ago.
She was a retired hairdresser.

Emil Hank Hess, 95, of Richland, died July 2 in Richland.
He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and lived in Tri-Cities for 70 years.
He retired from security management with the Department of Energy.

He was born in Ava, Mo., and lived in Kennewick for 39 years.
He was the retired former owner of A-1 Shoe Repair in Kennewick.

Noe Garza
Noe Garza, 83, of Tacoma, died July 3 in Kennewick.
He was born in Edinburg, Texas, and was previously a longtime Tri-Cities resident before moving to Tacoma.
He retired from landscaping.
