Barbara Stewart-Blakney

Barbara Stewart-Blakney, 86, of Prosser and Lake Stevens, died June 2 in Lake Stevens.

She was born in Indianapolis, Ind., and was a longtime resident of the Lower Yakima Valley.

She was a housewife.

Smith Funeral Home, Sunnyside, is in charge of arrangements.

Richard ‘Dick’ Cline

Richard ‘Dick’ Allen Cline, 76, of Pasco, died June 1 in Moses Lake.

He was born in Walla Walla and lived in the Tri-Cities for 32 yeras.

He was a retired farmer.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.

Norbert W. Kuhman

Norbert W. Kuhman, 63, of Pasco, died May 29 in Richland.

He was born in Pittsburgh and lived in the Tri-Cities six years.

He was the fire chief for the Department of Energy at Hanford.

Mueller’s Greenlee Funeral Home, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
