He was a retired construction laborer.

George ‘Lucky’ Foshee
George “Lucky” Dale Foshee, 62, of Kennewick, died May 9 at home in Kennewick.
He was born in Ridgecrest, Calif., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 12 years.
He was a retired millwright.

Wanda June Humbyrd, 84, of Pasco, died May 12 at home in Richland.
She was born in Roy, Mo., and lived in the Tri-Cities 60 years.
She was a retired elementary school teacher for Hawthorne Elementary School in Kennewick.
