He was born in Shelton and lived in the Tri-Cities for 37 years.
He was an electrical engineer at Hanford.

Jose A. Borrego, 58, of Texas, died April 26 in Colorado.
He was born in La Grulla, Texas, and is a former Sunnyside resident.
He was a truck driver.
