Joan Osuch Hess, 99, of Kennewick, died April 21 in Pasco.
She was born in Kansas City, Mo., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 75 years.
She was a retired laboratory worker for Battelle Northwest.

Noreen L. Beamer
Noreen Louise Beamer, 93, of Pasco, died April 21 in Richland.
She was born in Page, Neb., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 70 years.
She was a retired cafeteria server at Robert Frost elementary school.

Robert B. Tabayoyon
Robert Benjamin Tabayoyon, 44, of West Richland, died April 16 in West Richland.
He was born in Yakima and lived in the Tri-Cities since 2007.
He was a retired U.S. Army captain.
