Mary Ann Ess, 94, of Richland, died March 19 in Kennewick.

She was born in Sioux Falls, S.D., and lived in the Tri-Cities for six years.

She was a homemaker.

Todd A. Curtis, 56, of Kennewick, died March 19 in Kennewick.

He was born in Seattle and lived his whole life in the Tri-Cities.

Rosetta W. Noggles, 77, of Kennewick, died March 18 in Kennewick.

She was born in Nye, Mont., and lived in Kennewick for 58 years.

She was a retired supervisor for Lamb-Weston in Pasco.

She was the retired banquet manager for the Clover Island Inn.

She was born in Jalisco, Mexico, and was a longtime Yakima Valley resident.

Charles W. Wesner Jr.

Charles William Wesner Jr., 76, of Kennewick, died March 17 at Lourdes Medical Center.

He lived in the Tri-Cities for 22 years.

He was retired from the railroad.
