Austin Allen Gardner, 23, of Kennewick, died March 5 at home.

He was born in Richland and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident.

Toni Ann Jaraczeski, 77, of Pasco, died March 11 at her home.

She was born in La Jolla, Calif., and had lived in Pasco since 2010.

She was a retired teacher.

Richard Arvin Moen, 80, of Richland, died March 12 at Chaplaincy Hospice Care in Kennewick.

He was born in Dickinson, N.D., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 52 years.

He was a retired metallurgical engineer.

Raymond R. Rieger, 75, of Kennewick, died March 11 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

He was born in Aberdeen, S.D., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 65 years.

He was an inspector in the railroad industry.

Linda “Shari” S. Frankford, 61, of Pasco, died March 11 at her home.

She was born in Santa Ana, Calif., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 10 years.

Christin Whitney Burney, 32, of Richland, died March 12 at Chaplaincy Hospice Care in Kennewick.

She was born in Portland and lived in the Tri-Cities since 2002.

She was a produce processor for Fred Meyer in Richland.
