She was born in Watertown, S.D., and lived in Kennewick for 59 years.

She was a retired Benton County treasurer.

Martin P. Ottem, 70, of Kennewick, died Feb. 22 in Kennewick.

He was born in Seattle and lived in Kennewick for 30 years.

He was a retired banker for Columbia Trust Bank.

Ronnie C. Martin

Ronnie Chester Martin, 73, of Kennewick, died Feb. 23 in Spokane.

He was born in Bakersfield, Calif., and lived in the Tri-City area for 50 years.

He retired as postmaster for the U.S. Postal Service in Prosser.

Dan K. Sedore

Dan K. Sedore, 55, of Kennewick, died Feb. 23 at Chaplaincy Hospice Care in Kennewick.

He was born in Chicago, Ill., and lived in the Tri-City area for 43 years.

He was a handyman.

Herbert Bass Woods

Herbert Bass Woods, 74, died Feb. 23 at home in Pasco.

He was born in Berkeley, Calif., and lived in Pasco since 1975.

He was a retired sheet metal worker with Union Local 66.

Jesus P. Gonzalez Jr., 80, of Sunnyside, died Feb. 24 in Sunnyside.

He was born in Edinburg, Texas, and was a longtime Sunnyside resident.

He was a retired agricultural laborer.

Arthur Lee Petersen, 71, of Kennewick, died Feb. 24 at Chaplaincy Hospice Care in Kennewick.

He was born in Lake Lawn, Wis., and lived in the Tri-City area since 2007.

He was a retired fencing contractor.

Ted Ebbelaar, 60, of Richland, died Feb. 13 in Richland.

He was born in Los Angeles and lived in the Tri-City area for 34 years.

He was the retired owner and operator of Ebbtide Construction.
