Boots Wiegand Narragon, 91, of Kennewick, died Feb. 13 at Chaplaincy Hospice Care in Kennewick.

She was born in Plainview, Neb., and lived in Kennewick for 10 years.

She retired from payroll at the Kennewick School District.

Burns Mortuary, Pendelton, Ore., is in charge of arrangements.

Earl S. Louderback

Earl Stewart Louderback, 79, of Pasco, died Feb. 18 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

He was born in Pendleton, Ore., and lived in the Tri-City area for many years.

He was a retired carpenter.

Nancy A. Banta

Nancy Ann Banta, 70, of Kennewick, died Feb. 18 in Kennewick.

She was born in Kenosha, Wis., and lived in the Tri-City area for 39 years.

She worked at Safeway.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.

Arlen A. Fleenor

Arlen Arnold Fleenor, 89, of Richland, died Feb. 17 in Richland.

He was born in Williston, N.D., and lived in the Tri-City area since 1955.

He was a retired nuclear power plant operator at Hanford.

Jimmie D. Morris Sr.

Jimmie Dean Morris Sr., 78, of Kennewick, died Feb. 13 in Kennewick.

He was born in Burkburnett, Texas, and lived in the Tri-City area for 56 years.

He was a retired carman on the railroad.

Dorothy E. Driver

Dorothy Elizabeth Driver, 94, of Pasco, died Feb. 17 in Richland.

She was born in West Hartford, Conn., and lived in the Tri-City area for 71 years.

She was a retired physical therapist for Kadlec Medical Center in Richland.
