Charles “Chuck” D. Minter, 69, of Prosser, died Feb. 7 in Richland.
He was born in Prosser and was a longtime Lower Yakima Valley resident.
He was a retired laborer and operator for county road and maintenance repair.

Guadalupe Lugo Torres
Guadalupe Lugo Torres, 77, of Pasco, died Feb. 6 in Spokane.
He was born in Purisima, Coahuila, Mexico, and lived in Pasco for 52 years.
He was a retired truck driver for Burlington Northern Railroad.
Mueller’s Greenlee Funeral Home, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
John McLenachan
John McLenachan, 93, died Feb. 5 at home in Pasco.
He was born in Airdrie, Scotland, and lived in the Tri-City area since 1978.
He was a retired self-employed billboard maker.

Robert E. Schuyler
Robert Eugene Schuyler, 90, died Feb. 4 at home in Pasco.
He was born in Reed Point, Mont., and lived in the Tri-City area since 1979.
He was a retired teacher and principal in the Pasco School District.

Rita Zunger Mazur
Rita Zunger Mazur, 84, of West Richland, died Feb. 6 in West Richland.
She was born in Denver, Colo., and lived in the Tri-City area for 60 years.
She was a retired Richland City Council member.
