He served in the U.S. Air Force as a major and pilot and was a retired financial planner and school administrator.

Danny D. Ragsdale, 61, died Jan. 14 at home in Pasco.
He was born in Richland and lived in the Tri-City area for 10 years.
He was a helicopter mechanic for the U.S. Army.

Jo Ann Rogers, 85, died Feb. 4 at home in Kennewick.
She was born in Detroit, Mich., and lived in Kennewick since 1993.
She was a homemaker.
