She was born in Seattle and lived in Prosser for 16 years.

She retired from human resources for the Snohomish County PUD.

Josefa “Josie” Perez, 72, of Grandview, died Jan. 24 in Grandview.

She was born in La Villa, Texas, and was a longtimeYakima Valley resident.

She was a retired warehouse laborer.

Jeffrey R. Ryan

Jeffrey Ray Ryan, 51, of Kennewick, died Jan. 26 in Kennewick.

He was born in Butte, Mont., and lived in Kennewick for 35 years.

He was a mechanic for Casaday Bee-Line.

Nora Chapa

Nora Chapa, 63, of Richland, died Jan. 23 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

She was born in Robstown, Texas, and lived in the Tri-City area for 13 years.

She was a translator for Kadlec Regional Medical Center.
