Sabine B. Rhoades

Sabine B. Rhoades, 51, of Burbank, died Oct. 16 at Chaplaincy Hospice Care in Kennewick.

She was born in Herborn, Germany, and lived in the Tri-City area since 2010.

She was an apartment and restaurant manager.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
