Kelly W. Baker II

Kelly Warren Baker II, 69, of West Richland, died Oct. 16 in West Richland.

He was born in St. Louis, Mich., and lived in the Tri-City area for 38 years.

He was a retired electrical engineer designer for Energy Northwest.
