Richard ‘Patrick’ McAndrew

Richard “Patrick” McAndrew, 45, of Pasco, died Oct. 15 at Trios Southridge Hospital in Kennewick.

He was born in Richland and was a lifelong Tri-City area resident.

He was a payroll secretary in transportation for the Kennewick School District.
