Michael E. Napier

Michael Edward Napier, 62, of Seattle, died Oct. 12 in Seattle.

He was born in Kennewick and lived in the Tri-Cities for 22 years and Seattle for three months.

He was a retired construction worker.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
