David D. Smith

David Duane Smith, 54, of Kennewick, died Oct. 7 in Kennewick.

He was born in Klamath Falls, Ore., and lived in the Tri-City area for 45 years.

He was a field engineer for the Benton County PUD and formerly for the City of Kennewick.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
