Richard S. Widmer

Richard Samuel Widmer, 90, of Kennewick, died Sept. 29 at Avalon Health and Rehab Center in Pasco.

He was born in Kellogg, Idaho, and lived in the Tri-City area since 1999.

He was a retired insurance claims manager.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
