Shirley J. Miller

Shirley J. Miller, 88, of Richland, died Sept. 21 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

She was born in Coats, Kan., and lived in the Tri-City area since 1951.

She retired as a independent bookstore owner of The Book Place in Richland.
