David R. Ballo

David Reinhart Ballo, 72, of Kennewick, died Sept. 20 at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.

He was born in Spokane and lived in Kennewick since 1999.

He worked in HVAC support services for the Richland School District.

Elemental Cremation, Seattle, is in charge of arrangements.
