Russell L. Whiteaker

Russell L. Whiteaker, 72, of Pasco, died Sept. 18 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

He was born in Walla Walla and was a longtime Tri-City area resident.

He was a retired business manager for ESD 123.

Columbia Memorial Funeral Chapel, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
