John C. Colby

John Charles Colby, 81, of Richland, died Sept. 16 in Richland.

He was born in Sunnyside and was a longtime Lower Yakima Valley resident before moving to Richland.

He was a retired social worker.

Smith Funeral Home, Sunnyside, is in charge of arrangements.
