Todd J. Cochran

Todd James Cochran, 54, of Kennewick, died Sept. 13 in Kennewick.

He was born in Cottonwood, Idaho, and lived in the Tri-City area for 15 years.

He retired from work in home construction.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
